REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Step 1 : Fill Up Registration Form

Provide us with company name, registration address, business activity, register capital, shareholder list, director list, secretary details.

Step 2 : Reserve Company Name

The name cannot be the same as the existing registered company, no sensitive words appear, the company can be registered after the company name is reviewed

Step 3 : Company Registration

Apply to the Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Administration for the establishment of a Singapore entity company. Under normal circumstances, it will be approved immediately, and under special circumstances, it will be referred to other government agencies for additional approval. The cycle generally does not exceed 14 working days.

Step 4 : Legal Documents and Stamp

After the establishment of the company entity, we will prepare the company’s secretarial documents that meet the requirements of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore (ACRA)

Step 5 : Apply Bank Account

We can represent new company to liaise with Singapore Banks who we have worked with for long time, and arrange document submission as well as set up meeting for document signing.

Business License
